Job Opening: Forklift Driver

Remedy is hiring a reliable, self-motivated Forklift Driver to support material processing in a stable, process-driven recycling environment. This role focuses on safely, accurately, and productively handling materials according to established procedures and company standards. Success requires attention to detail, consistency, patience, and the ability to complete tasks methodically. Employees receive structured training and supportive coaching to build technical expertise and deliver high-quality, error-free work.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 2nd shift: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.

?Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and baling equipment
• Sort plastic materials on production lines
• De-box books and load materials into Gaylord boxes
• Cut paper rolls and process recyclable materials
• Paint, sort, and handle Gaylord boxes
• Accurately document materials loaded, unloaded, and processed
• Employees are measured on productivity metrics such as tons per hour, pounds sorted (target: 15,000 lbs/day), and boxes processed.
• Material must be properly sorted and graded to maximize resale value and meet customer needs. This role directly supports operational efficiency, revenue growth, and accurate reporting for office staff. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
