Job Opening: CNC machine operator

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality hydraulic components while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe and/or mill) to manufacture hydraulic parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with routine machine maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
