CNC Programmer (HAAS) – Full-Time

Pay: $20–$22/hr (DOE)

Schedule: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Mineola, TX

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with experience in HAAS equipment to join our team. This role focuses on programming and supporting CNC milling and lathe operations in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Program HAAS CNC milling and lathe machines

Set up jobs and verify program accuracy

Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed

Ensure finished parts meet quality standards

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

Experience programming HAAS CNC machines

Ability to work 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Steel-toe boots required

Must follow dress code (no cut-off sleeves, no shorts)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
