We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Support professional to join a growing team in Tallahassee. This role plays a key part in supporting customer-facing operations by managing administrative tasks and processing requests to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include handling new orders, tracking orders, processing changes, managing repairs, and resolving return requests using Salesforce and SAP systems. Additional duties include accurate order entry, expediting urgent requests, processing returns and exchanges, and reviewing outstanding orders to ensure alignment with business demand. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, along with hands-on experience using SAP and Salesforce systems.
