Job Opening: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

We are seeking to hire a Fiberglass Machine Operator for our valued client in Fitchburg, WI!

Let’s talk about the available shift:

• 2nd shift: 4pm – 2 am, Monday-Thursday with OT on Fridays as needed

The Pay for Machine Operators:

• $19.50/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate shop machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, job orders, routers, and diagrams to select dies and position materials
• Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications and maximize productivity
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation in alignment with 5S standards
