Position: IT Help Desk Support Technician (Temporary)
Location: Honolulu (In-state candidates only)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:45 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $26-32 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day end-user technical support (in-person, phone, and remote)
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including user accounts, email, and access issues
- Assist with basic systems and operational support to ensure smooth IT functionality
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
- Support overall daily IT service coverage and team initiatives

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Experience with device management and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
