Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join a growing team in Tallahassee. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting via phone, email, or in person, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Key responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing helpdesk tickets, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining accurate documentation of technical solutions. The technician will diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues while delivering strong customer service.
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of Windows or macOS operating systems, basic networking, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A customer-focused approach is critical for success in this role.
