Job Opening: Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our procurement and sales operations. This role assists throughout the sales cycle, including customer communication, purchase order management, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. You will collaborate with the VP of Procurement, Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Logistics, and Accounting teams to deliver best-in-class hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and source vendors based on price, quality, and availability
• Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the sales process
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Process and verify purchase orders and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues
• Support inventory tracking and payment authorization
• Attend industry events to stay current on trends and build relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in sales, marketing, or procurement
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Team-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks and ConnectWise a plus
• Knowledge of networking equipment (e.g., firewalls, switches, access points) is a plus
