Parking Ambassador

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals for a Parking Ambassador role. This position assists the public with parking services while maintaining a professional, courteous presence. Ambassadors work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment during public interactions.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Tentative Interviews: End of May

Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026

Training Requirement:

Mandatory 4–6 weeks of training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

After training, candidates are assigned to a shift at the client’s discretion (no shift choice): 12:00 AM–8:00 AM or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide directions and assist the public with parking information, apps, kiosks, and venues; patrol assigned areas and issue citations when required; assist with traffic and parking during high-volume events; report meter malfunctions, signage issues, and roadway concerns; complete accurate daily reports; operate radios and electronic ticketing equipment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service experience; valid Class E Florida driver’s license; completion of basic skills assessments; must pass a federal background check and drug screening; ability to work overnight, late-night, and weekend shifts; ability to work outdoors, stand or walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
