Skilled Machine Setup Technician Needed in NW Omaha!

Shift:

1st 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay $17.00/HR

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Set up Tech to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Setup and change over all production machinery in a timely and accurate fashion. The machines produce high-quality plastic parts. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. As an Injection Mold Machine Operator, you will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition. You will also work closely with quality control teams to verify that all products meet strict specifications and customer expectations. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive approach to both production processes and team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Disassembly and reassembly of injection molding machines
• Assist Maintenance in minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Setup and change over all production machinery in a timely and accurate fashion
• Monitor speed of production fillers, as well as packagers for optimal production speed
• Control speed and temperature of liquid filling based on product run
• Have a complete understanding of needs specific to run
• Load bottles either manually or to automatic hopper

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus
• Proven experience as a Setup Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
