We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Athletic Kiosk Attendant to ensure a pristine, welcoming, and well-maintained fitness environment for our members. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment, supporting fitness programs, and providing exceptional member service across the club’s athletic and wellness facilities.

Job Duties:

Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Ensure all fitness areas, locker rooms, and sports facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Regularly sanitize equipment, weights, mats, and high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
• Stock and replenish towels, water stations, and toiletries in locker rooms and workout spaces.
• Monitor and restock athletic supplies, such as yoga mats, resistance bands, and sports equipment.

Guest & Member Services

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence, assisting members with facility needs and questions.
• Offer guidance on proper equipment use and club amenities to enhance the member experience.
• Assist with locker assignments, key distribution, and lost-and-found inquiries.
• Ensure members have access to clean towels, toiletries, and other complimentary services.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 1+ years of custodian and customer service experience.
