Job Opening: Assembly

We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Fitchburg, WI! 

Let's talk about the available?shift:  

• 1st Shift Assemblers work?Monday – Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm

The Pay?for Assemblers: 

• 1st Shift – $17/hr 
• ***Once hired on, the pay rate goes to well over $20/hr!
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:  

• Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures 
• Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards 
• Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc. 
• Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc. 
• Adhere to safety standards 
• Uphold quality expectations 
• Train employees on procedures and techniques 
• Assist in defining work instructions 
• Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks
