Location: Athens, TX

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts

Schedule: Up to 10-hour shifts with mandatory Saturday overtime

Pay: Starting at $13.65 for 1st shift; 2nd & 3rd Shift pay $14.90 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products according to work instructions
• Perform hands-on assembly tasks using basic hand and power tools
• Meet quality and production standards
• Package and prepare products for shipping
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to use basic tools and perform simple math
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
• Must be able to work up to 10-hour shifts and mandatory Saturday overtime
