Position: Full-time or Part-time, Customer Service Representative
Location: Downtown Honolulu

Schedule: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM;
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (depends on experience)

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support for general banking inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced call-center environment while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming email and telephone inquiries in accordance with call center standards
- Assist customers with general banking needs, account information, and issue resolution
- Document interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed
- Provide information on banking products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, rates, fees, branch/ATM locations, and hours
- Fulfill customer requests such as account updates, duplicate statements, stop payments, fee waivers, check orders, and account closures
- Cancel lost or stolen cards, activate cards, and reset online banking passwords
- Convert customer inquiries into account openings by referring customers to appropriate business units
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong preference for candidates who are tech savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
