Warehouse Production Associate

Location: Fredonia, NY area

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time, Day Shift

Job Summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Warehouse Production Associates for a manufacturing/warehouse facility in the Fredonia area. This position involves assembling variety packs, palletizing products, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Assist with unstacking, packing, shrink-wrapping, and restacking pallets to create variety packs
• Lift cases from pallets and place them onto conveyors
• Remove bottles from trays and place them into mixed-product trays
• Properly palletize cases according to customer orders
• Place pallets on a turntable to wrap and seal with stretch film
• Inspect products and notify the lead person of any damage
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs repeatedly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Qualifications

• Warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to follow safety procedures
