1st Shift Temporary HR Associate
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Estimated timeframe of support: April-August
The Pay for a Temporary HR Associate:
- $23-32/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Temporary HR Associate:
- Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, review timecards, identify discrepancies, and assist with payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and HR data.
- Serve as primary contact for temporary staffing agencies and coordinate communication.
- Track temporary employee assignments, schedules, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate onboarding for temporary workers, including paperwork and orientation support.
- Monitor agency invoices and assist with reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and temporary labor metrics.
