Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Estimated timeframe of support: April-August

The Pay for a Temporary HR Associate:

• $23-32/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Temporary HR Associate:

• Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, review timecards, identify discrepancies, and assist with payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and HR data.
• Serve as primary contact for temporary staffing agencies and coordinate communication.
• Track temporary employee assignments, schedules, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding for temporary workers, including paperwork and orientation support.
• Monitor agency invoices and assist with reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and temporary labor metrics.
