Job Opening: Production Associates – 2nd & Weekend Shifts!
Description
We are seeking to hire Production Associates for our valued client in Sun Prairie, WI!
Let’s talk about the available shifts:
- 2nd Shift works Sunday – Thursday, 3pm-1am
- Weekend shift works Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7am-7pm
The Pay for Production Associates:
- $17/hr on 2nd shift
- $18.70/hr on Weekend shift
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties:
- Pack components such as small blades
- Quality check finished product
- Pack finished kits for shipping
- Set up tools & equipment to operate laser weld equipment for production to form/cut material as specified by work order and specific blueprints and diagrams
- Quality inspection of product
- Operate welding & laser machines
- Create blades

- Excellent attention to detail and good attitude
- Be reliable and willing to rotate in and out of different departments
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior welding or laser experience preferred
- Complete & pass required seat track laser weld operator training curriculum
- You will be working in a clean warehouse environment; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
