Hot Job Alert! Are you a Flux Core Welder looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting direct-hire position in Edgar, WI. This opportunity offers a competitive pay range of $17-$20/hr and a convenient 2nd shift schedule (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday).
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Read and understand blueprints to lay out welding projects
- Maintain welding safety guidelines and regulations
- Cut and smooth metal components using welding equipment
- Evaluate completed welding projects for flaws and defects
- Must be able to follow all safety policies
Qualifications:
- Must have Flux Core Welding experience
- Must be able to pass a weld test
- High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation/Benefits:

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours
- Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Note: Training will be provided on the first shift for the initial week before moving to the second shift.
