Position: On Call, Receptionist
Location: Aiea

Pay: $17.10 per hour

Job Duties:
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, mail and emails.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
