Position: On Call, Receptionist

Job Duties:

• Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, mail and emails.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Good multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
