Job Summary:

The HR Employee Engagement Coordinator provides human resources/administrative support to the HR Team, leaders and employees supporting an engaged and productive workforce. 

Essential Functions, Key Tasks, & Responsibilities:(include the following, other duties may be assigned) 

• Planning, developing, and coordinating employee and community engagement activities and events
• Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications
• Assisting in recruiting and onboarding process
• Support engagement through communication pathways at all organizational levels, promoting conversations and feedback, and improving employee access to information, communication, and engagement
• Coordinate and drive engagement through our Employee Action Group
• Assist in other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Diplomat, sensitive and adaptable to the needs of people from different cultures.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment are required
• Must have Human Resources experience
• MS Office
