Job Summary:
The HR Employee Engagement Coordinator provides human resources/administrative support to the HR Team, leaders and employees supporting an engaged and productive workforce.
Essential Functions, Key Tasks, & Responsibilities:(include the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Planning, developing, and coordinating employee and community engagement activities and events
- Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications
- Assisting in recruiting and onboarding process
- Support engagement through communication pathways at all organizational levels, promoting conversations and feedback, and improving employee access to information, communication, and engagement
- Coordinate and drive engagement through our Employee Action Group
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Diplomat, sensitive and adaptable to the needs of people from different cultures.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment are required
- Must have Human Resources experience
- MS Office
