Job Opening: 2nd/3rd Shift Production Operators – Train on 1st Shift Required

Join Our Team as a Production Operator in Verona, WI!

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? Our client in Verona, WI is seeking dedicated Production Operators to join their team and contribute to their success.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3pm-11:15pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11pm-7:15am

Training Details:

• ALL TRAINING TAKES PLACE ON 1ST SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:15pm (for the first 3-4 months)
• Once training is completed, you will seamlessly transition to your designated shift.

Compensation:

• 1st Shift: $21-22/hr based on experience
• 2nd Shift: Receive a 6% shift differential*
• 3rd Shift: Receive a 10% shift differential*
• *Note: Production Operators do not receive the shift differential during training.
• Overtime pay is provided at 1.5x your rate after working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Operate equipment in assigned suite efficiently and effectively.
• Validate label and lot information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Verify tasks performed by other personnel for quality assurance.
• Identify deviations to processes under their control and take appropriate actions.
• Label containers accurately with contents, lot number, weight, etc.
• Transfer solvents from large to small containers safely and accurately.
• Stage materials and/or equipment for processing as per operational requirements.
• Mix coating solutions and other formulas precisely according to specifications.

• Previous production operation experience, 2+ years, preferably in a Clean Room environment
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions
• Ability to operate pallet jack
• Ability to use half mask respirator with proper seal
• Knowledge of cGMPs preferred
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours
• High School Diploma required
• You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
• This is a Clean Room environment position – full PPE provided by company including lab coat, shoe covers, gloves, glasses, hair/beard nets
