Position: Full-time, Office Assistant/Reception
Location: Honolulu (Manoa)
Industry: Non-Profit
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Parking: Free, on site

Job Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and visitors, directing them appropriately and ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
- Maintain organized reception area, mailroom, and office supply areas.
- Update and manage Front Desk resource manuals and filing systems.
- Process check payments, compose routine correspondence, and complete monthly reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate mailroom activities, manage deliveries, oversee office and janitorial supply orders, and assist with office equipment troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Minimum two years' experience in secretarial, customer service, or related roles.
- Proficient in Office 365, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills
- Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette, organizational ability, and attention to detail; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
