Election Support Staff –Come Join our Team!

Now hiring for our Election Support Staff team. We are currently searching for civically minded registered voters with basic computer skills to help provide administrative support for the upcoming 2024 election cycle. This position helps great guests, research voter information, sorting / counting ballets and provides outstanding customer support throughout the elections process. If you are a registered voter, interested in a full time or part time temporary position, have strong administrative/computer skills, a commitment to customer service and want to participate in the upcoming election, please consider joining our team. This position is at a location that requires a 7 year Background check prior to starting.

 Minimum requirements 

• Be a registered voter in Lee County or willing to register 
• Strong written and verbal skills – bilingual a plus but not necessary
• A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Be able to lift up to 10 lbs
• Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Serve the public in a courteous, patient, and efficient manner
• Be nonpartisan
• Able to work overtime including weekends when needed
