Description
Position: Full-time, Administrative Clerk
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Accounting
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Parking: Candidates responsible for securing personal parking arrangements

Job Duties:
- Client File Management: Create and maintain organized client files, ensuring all required documents are accurate and up to date.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Verify the accuracy of tax forms, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Filing and Record Keeping: Properly file completed tax returns and supporting documents.
- Support Tax Preparers: Assist tax preparers with administrative tasks to facilitate their workflow including faxing, scanning & photocopying.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Conducts business related errands for the tax division (i.e., deliveries to clients that are within short walking distance of office, drop-off returns to downtown post office, etc.).
