Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of evening maintenance staff.

Job Duties:

• Assemble bus components including electrical systems, brake lines, suspension, and the like
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and functional operation of installed parts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assembly and repair tasks
• Connect and test electrical wiring, lighting systems, and onboard electronics
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues during the build process
• Record work performed and report any defects or delays to supervisors

• 2+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.
