As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse (includes some delivery)

• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).

• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.

• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.

• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.

• Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.

• Practices safe material handling techniques.

• Performs housekeeping as assigned.

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

Welder/Machine Operator 

Day shift

This position provides for the effective fabrication of sheet metal componentry of lighting fixtures. Position may be on CNC Turret punch presses, CNC Press brakes, or Pinning machine and Welding. The machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications.

• Understand how to read and use a protractor • Perform basic quality checks (both visual and measuring with a protractor and tape measure) • Identify tooling needed for machine/program/Ops sheet • Identify if tooling needs sharping or is damaged • Load tooling in the machine • Operate Press brakes or Turrets. • Setting up of machinery from proven programs. • Evaluate all engineering drawings and ensure implementation according to welding specifications. • Perform all welding work with help of forming and cutting equipments. • Provide assistance to production process and mould various fixtures. • Design and produce new parts according to BUCYRUS specifications.

• Perform efficient welding of various metal objects with help of gas torch and welder. • Perform repair to damage alloy articles and prepare new articles with help of welding machines. • Perform work with help of various hand and power tools. • Analyze diagrams and specifications and cut all metal accordingly with help of welding torch. • Assist to remove all soft metal for welding. • Evaluate finished products and perform quality checks

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform several different tasks with great attention to detail. Need the ability to set-up, operate and monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line to ensure the quality, size and appearance of the finished products.

Job Duties include:

• Constantly monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line during operation to identify and correct improper/unusual conditions, faulty equipment, and defective materials. Any improper/unusual conditions which cannot be corrected will be reported to the supervisor or technician.
• Clean all process tooling as well as other related fiber extrusion equipment, using existing procedures.
• Maintain documentation or process conditions, run time conditions and variations from process sheets.
• Responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork and maintaining a clean environment to prevent contamination.
• Responsible for performing first piece and in-process quality inspections using appropriate gauging equipment as directed.
• Report material or machine defects or any major problems to the Section Leader or Supervisor.
• All other duties assigned by Line Leader, Section Leader or Supervisor.
• Must comply with all company rules and regulations.

The associate’s work will include:

• The associate will be working in the Power Pack Department. In the absence of the Shift Supervisor:
