Position Overview

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and accurately moving products throughout the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading trailers, storing inventory, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately load palatalized products for customer orders using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Unload incoming shipments and place products in designated warehouse locations
• Inspect products for damage and ensure damaged items are processed appropriately before storage
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory counts and verify inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse locations
• Support warehouse operations including:
  • Inbound receiving
  • Outbound shipping
  • Quality hold management
  • Display staging
  • Case-pick replenishment
  • Material handling functions
