The Jacksonville Florida Remedy franchise operation began in 1993. Through our continuous focus on quality and extra-mile service we were recently ranked as the largest temporary services firm in Jacksonville in 2014 as published by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Second largest in Jax as of 2016.

On January 28th, 2013, our local business received the coveted “Franchisee of the Year” award for best representing the Remedy spirit, operating a growing business and living the brand and “extra-mile service” philosophy every day.

We have three strategically located offices in Jacksonville. Our methodology focuses on implementing and executing a very successful national staffing program with 100% local ownership and accountability. It is vital to note that over the past 21 years, Remedy has been actively building an identity in the Jacksonville community as a place to gain successful employment while being treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. Our local Remedy leadership team has an average tenure of 10 years with the Company. Our 39 local colleagues combined have well over a century of experience in the temporary staffing industry.

Our diverse and recognizable local client base has been instrumental in allowing us to become an “employer of choice” in the Jacksonville market. Approximately 85% of our associates are assisting clients in distribution centers with picking and packing responsibilities and manufacturing facilities with production and assembly responsibilities.
