Shift:
- 1st shift; Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:00pm
- At times, will be required to be on-call
Pay:
- $30.00-$42.00/hour, BOE
- Roughly 8-10 hours of OT a week (time and a half!)
Responsibilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Manage and oversee building maintenance including, but not limited to, snow plowing, garbage removal, sprinkler systems, lawn care, etc.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- Provide maintenance during power outages and facilitate preventative maintenance program for prevention of unplanned events
- Perform duties required to interpret, install, maintain, and modify systems including programmable controllers, drives, etc.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment, apparatus, electrical components, circuitry utilizing electronic test equipment
- Assess equipment condition and provide replacement/repair recommendations and budget
- Perform and delegate regular and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities utilizing work order software, and ensure usage by rest of the Maintenance team
- Perform a variety of plumbing, HVAC, and facilities maintenance functions
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Manage and orchestrate equipment moves and rigging
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing essential related tasks required as scheduled and on time
- Maintains team continuity through balanced and fair leadership including consistent communication
- Manage performance of team of Maintenance Technicians including annual reviews
- Oversee Lockout Tagout and Arc Flash programs
- Report out on work order status and updates, machines, etc. to upper management and company team leaders
- Facilitate machinery moves for best plant layout
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years management experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills including PLC experience
- Experience with Siemens CNC Controls, Safan brake presses, turrets, and lasers is preferred

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:
- Contribute technical competence in respective tasks of new product development, re-engineering and quality compliance activities throughout all stages of product development
- Utilize SolidWorks software for designing and converting files
- Assist in execution of engineering changes and product introduction
- Maintain the Bill of Material files (new and existing)
- Provide customer support as necessary
- Provide support to the Production floor as required

Qualifications:
- Engineering or technical degree or currently working towards
- Experience with metal fabrication and assembly preferred
- Experience in 3D modeling in Solid Works desired
- Ability to use measuring instruments, i.e. micrometer, calipers test sets, and gaging equipment
- Ability to interpret customer drawings, specifications and 3D models
- Ability to interact with others in problem solving
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as dimensions, tolerance, etc.
- Ability to operate computer and working knowledge of typical office programs – i.e.

- Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation
- Responsible for continuous improvements to existing manufacturing processes and equipment to safely improve product quality and throughput
- Conduct research into advancing new products
- Produce and present measurables that effectively reflect process improvements
- Work with maintenance to keep equipment operational by coordinating manufacturing engineering efforts with those of the maintenance team and outside contractors
- Work with R&D staff to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain chemical process flow diagrams
- Work with project engineering to assist with the specification and implementation of new equipment
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years' experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of contemporary methodologies of liquid and solid transfer
- Project management experience is a plus
- Applied knowledge of process chemistry techniques and demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems
- Strong technical writing ability with the use of spreadsheet and database software to compile, analyze and present data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must possess the ability to work independently and have comfortability on the manufacturing floor
