Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring multiple training coordinators for our client in New Berlin, WI on both 1st and 2nd shift. Shift(s):

• 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Some Overtime as needed)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday-Friday (Some Overtime as needed)

Compensation:

• $25.00/hour base pay; $1 2nd shift premium

Job Duties of the Warehouse Training Coordinator:

• Establish work standards to ensure quality service
• Introduce and develop efficient work processes to attain productivity standards
• Coach on specific job skills and/or career learning for both personal and network growth
• Ensure required compliance with all regulatory training requirements
• Conduct training compliance audits and develop and implement recommendations

• Ability to read, understand, and relay information effectively
• 2+ Years experience in a training capacity
• Ability to Stand for 8+ hour shift
• Lifting up to 50lbs may be required
• Experience operating PIT equipment is preferred

Shift: Evening/2nd Shift - 3:00pm-11:30pm; Monday-Friday

Pay: $22.12/Hour

Job Duties of the Stand-Up Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate equipment to locate, move, and stage inventory in the warehouse
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Use RF Scanners to track and maintain inventory
• Sort, package, and label product for shipment or storage
• Assist with keeping facility neat and organized
• Other duties as needed
