Job Summary

This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and supporting CNC milling and lathe operations within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to maintaining efficiency and safety on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and optimize HAAS CNC milling and lathe machines
• Set up machinery, including tooling and fixtures, for production runs
• Verify program accuracy through test runs and adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards

Qualifications
