Local production company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team!

JOB OVERVIEW:  Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all order processing and account receivable deliverables.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare all orders for fulfillment processing according to due dates
  • Process all customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Apply all account receivable payments per remittance
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure receivables are current and follow company collection procedure to collect past due balances in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Sales function when needed to assist in the collection of past due balances
  • Create monthly accounts receivable statements
  • Maintain and organize monthly hardcopies of customer invoices for reference
  • Review and update AR processes, policies and procedures as needed
  • Maintain and audit customer terms needs and update with Trade Credit Insurance provider as needed
  • Provide yearly sales reports to Atradius, Trade Credit Insurance provider
  • Assist Finance Director with basic AR tasks for corporate accounts 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

  • Completes assigned Preventative Maintenance actions in a timely manner. Logs completion status and work history into PM system.

  • Participates in and provides input into root cause failure analysis investigations
  • Repairs and maintains the operating condition of all industrial production equipment, including Test
