Job Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector:

• Inspect product for defects, damage and imperfections
• Maintain accurate and thorough record keeping
• Make sure quality requirements meet or exceed customer guidelines
• Escalate all quality issues identified in the production process to the Quality Supervisor
• Gather data and work with Supervisors and Account teams to resolve quality issues
• Follow all documented processes and procedures
• Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings
• Comply with all facility safety and work rules; including, but not limited to security requirements, completing a job costing card and following proper procedures for accident/incident reporting, emergency evacuation, etc.

 Pay:

• $17 hourly

(some flex depending on experience)

 Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6am-2pm

(some overtime: 6am-4pm and some Saturdays)

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements of a Quality Inspector:

• 6 months applicable work experiences; or one year quality or manufacturing related experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals and the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions given in written, oral or diagram form and the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs on occasional basis
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow warehouse policies and procedures
• Pack boxes using specific packing materials
• Pick products for customer orders following written or verbal instruction
• Meet accuracy and production standards with high attention to detail
• May work individually or in a team environment
• Work in fast paced warehouse environment

Pay:

• $17/hr

Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7am-3pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
