Sign off on completed audits before shipment release.

2. Pallet Organization & Staging- Arrange pallets in designated staging lanes based on route, carrier, or delivery priority. Maintain clear labeling for each pallet to ensure easy identification and efficient loading sequence. Keep staging areas organized, with aisles clear for forklift and pallet jack access. Consolidate and align pallets to maximize floor space and minimize load time.

3. Loading Operations- Load outbound trailers or trucks according to loading sequence and weight distribution guidelines. Ensure all pallets are loaded securely to prevent movement or damage during transit. Double-check trailer counts and confirm that all pallets assigned to a load are included. Use proper equipment and techniques to maintain safety and product integrity.

4. Documentation & Reporting- Record all pallet audits and outbound load confirmations electronically or on paper logs. Note any adjustments, substitutions, or missing products on the load sheet. Communicate load completion status and discrepancies to the outbound clerk or dispatcher. Maintain audit trail records for traceability and accountability.

5. Equipment & Area Maintenance- Conduct daily pre-inspections of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks). Keep loading areas free of debris, shrink wrap, or obstructions. Report equipment or dock door issues immediately to maintenance or management.

6. Safety & Compliance- Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety regulations during loading and auditing. Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety vest, steel-toe boots, etc.). Participate in regular safety checks and audits.

Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack, or forklift, to select the correct products, labeling product using company label technology, palletizing product to build customer orders and delivering the product to the dock safely and efficiently. This position requires working 8:00 p.m. until end-of-shift with all products accurately selected and loaded. Overtime hours and working weekends and holidays are required to successfully fill customers' orders. The job requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions, and on selecting the environment (dry, cooler, freezer).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including dry, cooler, and freezer.
  • Operate assigned company unit to create labels and correctly place labels on product.
  • Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.).

  • Pay: $17.50 per hour

  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Paid training for 4–6 weeks)

  • Post-Training Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Candidates must be available for any of the following shifts 5pm-2am, 12am-8:30am (assigned, post-training shifts cannot be chosen by selected candidates).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide directions and helpful information to citizens and tourists

  • Assist customers with digital parking applications

  • Serve as a cashier and support valet parking services

  • Enforce local parking regulations

  • Represent the organization positively in all public interactions

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed

  • Contribute to public satisfaction as measured by quarterly surveys


Reporting Structure:

This role reports to the Chief Customer Officer or their designee within the department.
