A leading solar panel manufacturer in the Cecil Field area is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support its high-tech production facility. This is a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Perform routine inspections and report any issues to maintenance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends
