Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hour (moved up to $18.00/hour once hired on)

Job Duties of the Machine Operator:

• Operate all production equipment
• Utilize a tape measure
• Fill out written production reports
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Prior experience in manufacturing is helpful
• Must be able to do basic math
• Must have problem solving/communication skills along with attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 15-30 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally 
• Bending, stooping, lifting, twisting
• Must be able to stand the entire shift

Employee Provided Dress/PPE:

• Steel toes required. Company will provide other PPE.

• 6pm to 6am on a 2,2,3 schedule; resulting in working only 7 of 14 days and a 3-day weekend every other weekend 

Pay: 

• $19.45/hr - P.M 2-2-3 Schedule 

Job Duties of the Forklift Operator:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to remove product from palletizer and transport to storage or the outbound trailer
• Inspect, unload, and put away raw materials or finished product via the forklift
• Stock, stage and replenish product on converting lines
• Ensure timely shipping and receiving of product to meet customer expectations
• Will work with RF scanners

Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment operating a forklift is preferred
• Willing to train candidates who have a strong desire to learn to operate lift trucks
• Must be able to do basic math

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a consistent basis, and very occasionally up to 60 lbs (maybe once per shift when changing LP tanks on lifts)
• Must be able to get on and off the lift trucks frequently

Job Duties of the Summer Production Associate:

• Utilize RF equipment to pick product
• Ensure quantity and quality per order
• Prepare product for proper placement in carton
• Replenish pick location as required
• Utilize Pick to Light as required
• Receive boxes from order filling
• Verify contents, print packing labels
• Air pack to fill gaps
• Use electric or hand held taping device to close box
• Transfer box to conveyor for shipping

Qualifications of the Summer Production Associate:

• Must be able to work at a fast pace and part of a team
• Must be motivated and have a positive attitude
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• The ability to follow direction

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. consistently
• Must be able to stand and move about the warehouse for the entire shift

Job Duties for Assemblers:

• Work on an assembly line to perform assembly and sub-assembly of equipment
• Will work with various tools to include pneumatic and battery-powered, hand tools and torch wrenches
• Mainly mechanical assembly but could also include connecting wires onto the panel (will not be powered on)
• Will use a jib crane to move product and cross-train to work on multiple assembly lines

Qualifications of the Assembler:

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work with tools and be a self-starter
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience as well as the ability to read and understand diagrams is preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
• Must have strong communication and teamworking mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift (up to 12 hours if on overtime)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but most lifting will be 20 lbs or less and occasionally up to 40 lbs
