Are you friendly, professional, and enjoy helping people? We are looking for a Parking Lot Attendant / Door Greeter to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors. This role combines customer service, hospitality, and facility support to help create a welcoming and organized environment.

Position Summary

The Parking Lot Attendant / Door Greeter supports parking area organization while providing exceptional front-entrance customer service. This position is focused on hospitality, guidance, and general assistance. It is not a security role and does not include enforcement, access control, or law enforcement-related duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor designated administrative parking areas and observe whether vehicles display an authorized parking pass.
• Provide courteous directions to employees without parking passes and guide them to designated alternate parking areas.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and contractors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Offer directions and general facility information, including sign-in locations, offices, and restroom areas.
• Perform routine visual courtesy checks for visible company badges as employees enter the facility.
• Direct individuals without visible badges to the appropriate reception desk, HR representative, staffing agency, or supervisor for assistance.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service-oriented presence at all times.
• Report safety concerns, facility issues, or unusual situations to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines while assisting visitors and employees.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and contractors.

• Ability to follow established procedures and direct questions to the appropriate personnel.

• No security license required for this position.
