Hiring Receiving Clerk Shift

Scheduled: 1st Shift 7am to completion, Monday to Friday

Pay rate : $17 per hour

Job Responsibilities  

• Verify all items being received and/or shipped to or from the warehouse.
• Remove material from storage and prepare for shipment.
• Inspect materials for discrepancies and obvious damages; report findings promptly.
• Confirm accuracy of the daily receiving report and shipping log.
• Store, stack, or palletize materials for storage and/or shipment.
• File all paperwork according to documented procedures.
• Route incoming items within the company as directed.
• Maintain accurate records related to receiving and shipping activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

• Applies basic warehousing skills and demonstrates ability to develop advanced skills.
• Understanding of inventory control and documentation processes.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

 Ability to fluently communicate and read in English

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
