Pay: $17.00 - $18.00

Shift: 8:00 - 4:30, Monday - Thursday

Job Duties of an Accounting Clerk: 

• Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices; match with purchase orders and receiving documents.

• Apply cash receipts and credit card/check payments; research unapplied payments.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collections.

• Enter journal entries and upload supporting documentation into the ERP system.

• Maintain organized digital and paper files in line with company policy.

• Support A/P and A/R reconciliations and perform other duties as assigned.
