Skilled Production Needed in Lincoln, NE!

Shift:

1st: 7am-3:30pm 

Pay: $18/HR

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality products that meet our standards of excellence. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring the production line, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Reads drawings and follows work instructions to consistently produce quality parts.

• Operates machines such as lathes and molding machines so that the product result is within tolerance and is produced in the allotted amount of time.
• Inspect parts visually and with measurement devices to ensure parts meet product specifications.
• Works effectively and efficiently under production deadlines.
• Works in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors, and co-workers to meet production goals and improve the overall factory process.
• Upholds the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior to cultivate a positive company culture.
• Makes safety a priority for themselves, others and the environment around them.
• Complies with company policies, including the anti-harassment program.
• Attends work on a regular and predictable basis.
• Performs manual labor.
• Performs standard maintenance on equipment and notify management of any repairs required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School level computer skills
• High School level math skills
• High School level verbal and written communication skills – English primary
• Preferred understanding of measurement tools, shop math, and GD&T callouts

Job Responsibilities

• Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment, a plus
• Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification, a plus
• Robotic welding experience, a plus
• Electric arc and inert gas experience
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
