The Pay for Picker/Packers:
- 1st Shift - $17/hr

- Utilize an RF Scanner to perform picks of inventory to complete customer order fulfillment

Job Duties of the Machine Operator & Machine Operator/Crew Lead:
- Set up machines

- Assist in running the foam machine during pouring operations
- Check & maintain proper chemical levels in run tanks
- Enter/adjust flow controls where necessary
- Prepare and assemble mechanical components required to set up machine for operation
- Assist with ensuring all foam machine troughs are properly maintained and installed
Job Duties of the General Laborer:
- Monitor machine operation
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Lift rolls of foam to production line
- Replace spools as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary
Job Duties of the Planner/Scheduler:
- Directly involved and assists with maintaining inventory of finished goods for all clients
- Directly responsible for the creation of daily schedules for all work areas and equipment of 2 separate manufacturing facilities
- Manages and maintains bun inventory for both facilities, orders buns as needed and collaborates with pour plant’s personnel to maintain appropriate pour schedule and inventory levels
- Interprets customer specifications and communicates with the customer to create drawings, dxfs, schedulable parts, and any other needed documentation
- Creation and maintenance of SKUs in ERP system and any other accompanying documentation including BOMs and routing

- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to measure foam blocks and cut them to the best yield possible
- Ability to read basic part drawings and cut parts accordingly

- Must be able to work in a group setting
