Job Duties:

• Maintains and repairs clean room equipment; troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, and ensures timely repairs to meet production and on-time delivery goals.
• Assists Engineering by developing and working on prototypes.
• Performs preventative maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions; determines required materials and records quantities.

• Process policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and premium payments (including credit card and online payments)
