Job Duties:
- Maintains and repairs clean room equipment; troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, and ensures timely repairs to meet production and on-time delivery goals.
- Assists Engineering by developing and working on prototypes.
- Performs preventative maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions; determines required materials and records quantities.
- Completes workstation cleanup tasks.
- Trains employees on proper use of test equipment as needed.
- Verifies machine settings for each product and adjusts operating parameters as required.
- Troubleshoots equipment and product issues; re-adjusts settings, reworks product, or recommends modifications when appropriate.

• Process policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and premium payments (including credit card and online payments)
• Respond to member and agent phone inquiries, determine next steps, and prepare required paperwork
• Run illustrations for existing policies
• Review and verify 1099 tax forms and balance withholdings
• Support our bi-weekly mortgage program
Qualifications:
