Job Title: Forklift Operators (Reach truck and Sit Down Forklift)

Pay Rate: $20

Location: West Jefferson, OH

Shifts Available:

• 1st shift 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday (training from 8am-5pm M-F) Will eventually move to 10 hour shifts- 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Load & unload trucks using a sit-down forklift
• Operate a reach truck forklift to put away product
• Utilize RF Scanner 
• Manually unload by hand as needed, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Material Handler (Forklift Required)

Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Move full bins and materials throughout the facility
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Transport and stage product for production

Equipment Used:

• Stand-up electric forklift

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Must be able to operate safely in a fast-paced production setting

General Labor / Assembly (Entry Level)

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble data center units (“boxes”)
• Use basic hand tools
• Move parts and components within the work area
• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Equipment Used:

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Standard shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime may start as early as 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Cable Management & Technical Operations

• Install, route, secure, and label structured cabling systems, including fiber optics, Ethernet, and coaxial cables.
• Ensure all cabling meets internal standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of cabling, connectivity, and equipment issues.
• Support technology deployments, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant cable pathways and work areas.
• Follow documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) and change management processes.

Material Handling & Inventory Operations

• Receive, verify, inspect, and stage inbound materials according to shipping documentation and work orders.
• Safely transport materials using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Track and manage inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready storage areas.
