Molding Set-Up Technician

Evening

Primary purpose of this position is to set-up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product and perform repairs on associated dept. equipment in conformance to FDA, GMP's, ISO 13485 standards and finished product specifications; perform preventative maintenance; adhere to plant policies/procedures, department EHS rules.

Part-Time Machine Operator 

Evening Shift for Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Operate various high speed equipment to manufacture medical products Inspect product and gather in bins to go out for transport Keep data records, stand throughout shift, bend, reach, walk between equipment/machines to complete cycles.

Mold Technician

2nd Shift: Mon-Thursday 4pm-2:30am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate transfer molding presses according to procedures.

• Extraction of rubber molded parts from molds and mold assembly.

• Dimensional verifications of molded components and mold tooling.

• Kitting of raw material to work orders, raw material preparation, and data entry.

• Responsible for keeping the work area and equipment safe, clean, and organized.

• Must communicate daily with planner and supervisor to assure scheduled deliveries.

• Play an active role in regards to “Lean” processes by working and communicating with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Peers to identify and implement ways to improve process flow.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year molding experience.

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.

• Experience in an Engineer-to-Order atmosphere preferred.

• Machining and/or molding experience preferred.

Material Handler

Day Shift

Material Handler is responsible for handling, counting, identifying, moving, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse with the use of carts, pallet jacks, or by hand. In the Shipping department, the Material Handler focuses on organizing, preparing, and loading material for shipment. This includes following detailed procedures to ensure that product is accurately shipped to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Safely handles material to prevent injury to self/others and damage to material • Maintains organization and cleanliness of warehouse by following best practices and standard procedures where applicable • Communicates quality issues, including mismatched product, poor packaging, and damaged material promptly • Assists in unloading container shipments as needed • Assists with the material handling responsibilities of other departments as needed • In Shipping: o Straps, wraps, bands, and labels outgoing pallets and small parcels o Consolidates material coming from different areas of the warehouse that are shipping to the same customer location o Ensures packaging, counts, and proper material are checked prior to loading shipment o Loads outgoing trucks once shipments are prepared • Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections • Safely operates material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, strapping machines, wrapping machines, and scales • Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • High energy level with ability to take initiative. • Good attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Consistently good attendance and dependability • Able to work in a team setting • Good manual dexterity • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while remaining alert. • Able to stand for 8 hours. • Able to work in a hot warehouse environment. • Able to follow directions. • Able to work overtime as needed • Knowledge of operating equipment such as pallet jacks, strapping machines, wrapping machines,

Shipping Clerk/Material Handler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist shipping supervisor with matching purchase orders to sales orders. • Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct. • Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program. • Handles freight damage claims to resolution. • Assisting in counting of physical inventory. • Handles freight damage claims to resolution. • May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records. • Assigned correct carrier to customer orders and ensure is correctly packaged. The Water Spider is responsible for staging jobs for the assembly lines. Required to follow the assembly schedule and work directly with the assembly supervisor in order to supply the lines with the materials needed. When material is not available or any problems are encountered regarding material on the assembly lines, the Water Spider is required to communicate with the respective department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (One or more of the following) • Stage orders per daily assembly line schedule based on production rates and availability • Locate material for required jobs in their respective areas • Review material with assembly line leaders when staging material • Place items on hand truck or forklift in a safe manner and operates the correspondent machinery to transport them to the assembly lines. • Patrol assembly lines to determine when next job should be staged • Interface with the sheet metal and material handling departments to inquire about available material and when issues arise • Assist assembly supervisor in the movement of material to and from assembly lines • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the assembly area

Summary:

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

• Set up machines by selecting tools, entering offsets, and adjusting parameters.

• Perform basic programming tasks and verify first-run parts.

• Monitor machining operations such as drilling, cutting, grooving, turning, and threading.

• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot machine issues, replace or sharpen tools, and make necessary adjustments.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment problems as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
