About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our Quality Department. This role works both in an office setting and on the manufacturing floor, helping with documentation, data entry, and general administrative tasks to keep quality processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate quality records
  • Assist with preparing reports, logs, and documentation
  • Support quality team with clerical tasks and file organization
  • Communicate with production and office staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures
  • Work safely in both office and manufacturing environments

Requirements:

Job Summary:

  • Perform tests on production, engineering, and qualification products, including incoming materials.
  • Use electrical, mechanical, and optical test equipment and follow established procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical theory, and Ohm’s law.
  • Troubleshoot setup and product issues independently.
  • Understand 802.3 Ethernet standards.
  • Maintain and secure test equipment and calibration records.
  • Report errors in procedures, drawings, and materials to support teams.
  • Complete documentation and enter data accurately in IFS system.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and safe work practices.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and identify special tooling needs.

Education & Experience

  • Two-year technical degree, military training, or equivalent experience.
  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Recent experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fiber optic products.

Skills & Abilities

  • Work safely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot using common sense and learn from peers.
  • Read technical drawings, schematics, and follow verbal instructions.
  • Use test equipment (e.g., ohm-meters, pressure gauges, calipers).
  • Good shop math skills.

Evening shift

Set-up Tech will maintain, operate, test and inspect product, and perform repairs on equipment in compliance to finished product specifications. Minimize scrap generation and promote workplace safety. Provide process information to management so production equipment may be optimized and/or corrected. Facilitate workflow and ensure production is maintained. Set-up various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications. Monitors machinery and goals during shift and adjust as necessary. Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunction arrange or complete repairs. Performs preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule. Completes documentation related to the finished product according to established guidelines. Interprets data and confer with management to determine required standards. Selects products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, performs various inspections per required characteristics. Transports hazardous waste to required areas. Complete annual refresher trainings.

 *Not guaranteed full time hours, schedule is based on production needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Packing finished product into boxes
  • Filling machines with materials needed for production lines
  • Clearing machine jams when they occur
  • Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced
  • Reporting all required data during runs
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely
  • Maintains accurate daily production records
  • Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems from the product line/process

Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Related experience a plus
  • Stand for 10 hour shift
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to stand entire shift

Machine Operator 

Location: Ormond Beach, FL

Join the team as an entry level CNC Machine Operator and help produce precision-machined parts that meet the highest quality standards.

Available Shifts: Sunday-Thursday

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts according to specifications.
  • Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to plan machining operations.
  • Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Program mills and lathes by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation.
  • Perform calculations using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify machine settings and first-run parts to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor operations such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing.
  • Troubleshoot processes, adjust controls, and replace worn tools as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED!
  • Updated resume with manufacturing experience
  • Machine Operator experience is a plus
