Shift: Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30pm

Pay: $20 per hour

Job Duties:

• Performs maintenance & repairs related to building, grounds and building systems, in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting and grounds-keeping.

• Establishes, monitors, and carries out preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for building, building systems and grounds. Ensures building and systems meet all safety, security and fire regulations and policies. Makes recommendations for major repairs and purchases to supervisor.

• Performs painting, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as installing switches, replacing lights and other basic electrical repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall and floors, disassembling and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets and applying finishing material as needed to maintain appearance.

• Collects and removes garbage and recyclable materials and ensures the safe disposal of hazardous waste.

Warehouse Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time

Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Pay: $23.25-$25.50 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Prepare raw materials for compounding.

• Follow Batch Records to mix materials for production batches.

• Verify the material components, item numbers, lot numbers and weights.

• Document all required processing information.

• Work with packaging personnel to transfer bulk product from compounding area to packaging area.

• Must have Batching/chemical compounding experience

• 3-5 years of applicable (manufacturing) experience in FDA, pharmaceuticals, food or similar industry preferred

• Experience with automated raw material delivery systems, steam, condensate, chilled water, compressed air utility functions and installations preferred
