Responsibilities: 

• Learn and operate multiple chemical processes in a timely matter.

•    Perform analytical tests on raw materials and final products.

•    Record and monitor multiple parameters, such as process conditions, test results, and instrument readings.  Be able to make adjustments based on data.

•    Communicate with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.

•    Move raw materials and products with a forklift or hand dolly.

•    Charge raw materials to process, monitor process waste, and pack out final products

. •    Continually look to develop process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on a rotational 24/5 or 24/7 basis based on customer demand and needs of the business

•    Perform minor maintenance and housekeeping activities in their area as directed by the production leader.

• Previous Chemical Operator experience preferred
• Comfortable working with Chemicals

The Material Handling Associate is accountable for tasks including receiving into the ERP system, relocation, and storage of materials, as well as the tracking of inventory and the execution of quality assessments. Material handlers employ equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transfer materials from one storage area to another. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving:

• Tag all parts correctly, verifying quantities and part numbers.
• Confirming paperwork and certifications are received and information is properly stored in ERP.

• Route parts to the correct location per instructions on the traveler

Shipping:

• Verify that all paperwork is provided (packing lists, etc.)

• Adhere to shipping standards provided by the applicable Sales Director or designee.

• Carefully pack all products, adhering to any standards/requests from customer or requestor

• Create bin locations for incoming goods and arrange parts accordingly.
• Prepare, kit and deliver goods as requested by the incoming department.
