Job Duties of a Production Associate:

• Test product to ensure safety and reliability
• Inspect faulty equipment for errors and malfunctions
• Fill out inspection logs to report errors of equipment so that necessary repairs be made
• Manually re-wire cables by hand and cut chains to length
• May operate hydraulic chain cutter, hydraulic press machines, rewinder, chop saw and Sawzall
• Use basic hand/measuring tools to make sure inspections are thorough and accurate
• Communicate with team members to see where improvements need to be made
