Position: Front Desk Agent
Pay: $11.00-$13.00/hr (DOE)
Availability: Must be open to all 3 shifts (AM, PM, Overnight)
Job Duties:
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones and handle guest inquiries
• Process payments, deposits, and reservations
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Handle guest issues or complaints professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety
• Perform shift reports and basic computer tasks
Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for long periods — no sitting

Seeking a dependable and motivated Mowing Equipment Operator. This position is responsible for mowing and maintaining city rights-of-way, drainage areas, and public grounds using a variety of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors equipped with bush hogs
- Operate tractors with side-arm mowing attachments
- Operate zero-turn mowers
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Assist with general drainage and grounds maintenance
- Follow all city safety policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with:
- Bush hogs
- Tractors with side-arm attachments
- Zero-turn mowers
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor related to mowing and maintenance

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel
- Troubleshoot and repair minor basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Maintain and repair hotel equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met
- Be available for emergency calls as needed
Requirements
