We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Financial Services department with high-volume, complex accounts payable functions. This position requires strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Job Duties:

  • Accurately process complex invoices, check requests, employee expense reports, and journal entries
  • Prioritize payments based on payment terms and assist with month-end accruals
  • Reconcile complex vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain vendor records in compliance with IRS guidelines (e.g., TIN matching, ACH confirmations)
  • Assist with system testing and implement improvements for efficiency
  • Respond to complex internal and vendor inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Support Accounts Payable-related special projects and management requests
  • Reconcile A/P balance sheet accounts and balance Dynamics A/P system reports
  • Assist with check printing, remittance emails, and documentation uploads

Job Duties:

• Unpack product from cardboard boxes and stack product according to specifications onto the display table.

• Build cardboard displays to customer specifications.

• Place product in cardboard displays to meet each builds specifications.

• Ensure all products and materials are correct for each build as well as correct quantities.

• Place placards on each finished display in accordance with client’s specifications.

• Report all left over material or product as it will be staged on a separate pallet and placed behind build table.

• Minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial lift experience required, must be recent experience.

• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
