We are seeking to hire Machine Operators for our valued client in Belleville, WI!
Let's talk about the available shift:
- 2nd Shift works Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm with occasional OT during the week
The Pay:
- Starts at $23.22/hr based on experience
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Machine Operators:

Long term temp positions. All positions are Temp-to-Hire. Positions range from entry level to skilled.
$19/hour – Weekly Pay
Must be able to work Swing Shift hours along with Work Weekends. Example work schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00/6:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. -2:00/4:00 a.m. OT to be expected!
Position may include but not limited to the following job task:
- General Labor position will assist in one of 3 major work areas: Mill Production, Coating Department, and Shipping Department. As General Laborer you may utilize tools such as: 30lb. grinder, welding, quality control, hacksaw, cable, pipe bar, chains, hoist, sledgehammer, pneumatic air tools, crimper devices, plasma cutter, etc.
- $19/hour with Weekly Pay
- Pipe Production/General Labor position is physically demanding and considered highly repetitious motion work. The position will require you to be on your feet for 10-hour to 12-hour shifts.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Eligibility Qualifications...
- HS Diploma, GED, or higher education
- 12 months of prior industrial experience in machine operation, construction, industrial or production work is preferred, but not required.
- Previous Employment History Verification
- Financial capability to purchase TWIC card (Transportation Worker’s Identification Credentials)
- Pre-Employment Screening will include Drug Screen and Background Check including Felony and Misdemeanor Conviction Search.

Human Resources Assistant – Compensation & Benefits

Local medical agency is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the HR team under the direction of the Director of Compensation & Benefits. This role provides administrative and analytical support across compensation, retirement, and benefits programs while serving as a key point of contact for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Support

Assist with salary offer reviews and pay recommendations

Conduct data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, V-lookups)

Support market pricing, salary surveys, and equity reviews

Maintain job descriptions, job codes, and compensation tracking documents
Retirement Plan Administration

Liaison between organization and retirement plan vendors

Review and process participant requests (loans, withdrawals, distributions)

Ensure vesting accuracy and compliance

Coordinate retirement committee meetings and annual audits

Assist employees with general retirement plan information
Tuition & Certification Programs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Perform operational tests on manufactured products
- Modify electrical parts and assemblies for product functionality

Requirements:
- Technical degree in an electrical related field or six months to one year of hands-on electrical/electronic experience
- Working knowledge of AC & DC electrical circuitry
