The purpose of this position is to accurately transfer product, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, load/unload trailers, move product throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform case pick and inventory counts as required.

Associates working at this location will perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process to make energy efficient, custom-made replacement vinyl windows.
JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Read, follow, and understand stand work, procedures and directions supplied for window order to meet customer requirements
- Sorting and cutting material for each window order
- Assembly of frame and sash sections
- Installing hardware, trimming and cleaning
- Ensure correct hardware used
- Preparing glass for installation
- Final assembly of unit
- Wrap product and prep for shipping
- Other duties as assigned

The Senior Associate is a key contributor in providing high-quality tax or audit services to clients. This role involves managing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Tax Focus
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns.
- Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance on tax compliance, planning, and advisory projects.
- Identify and communicate tax strategies and potential planning opportunities to clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Assist with IRS and state agency audits and correspondence.
- Collaborate with managers and partners to resolve complex client issues.
Audit Focus
- Lead and supervise audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
- Review work papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/GAAS.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
