Job Duties:

  • Perform the installation and removal of molds scheduled to run.
  • Perform processing of molding components.
  • Responsible for the startup of all new tooling, engineer runs, protocols and evaluations.
  • Ensure machine upkeep, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Audit components to maintain Argons high quality of Standards.
  • Other job duties as directed.
  • Identify problems, gather information, generate possible solutions, determine best solution, execute decision, evaluate outcome.
  • Continually developing and generating ideas.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Initiate ideas within a team, cooperation-negotiating, resolve conflict.
  • Able to make hard decisions. Required education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months to 1 year: injection molding, thermolator, dryer, and molding troubleshooting.
  • Vocational school in manufacturing field education preferred.
