Job Description: The Fork Lift Operator Inspects product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Tasks to Perform:
- Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
- Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
- Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

- Perform hand soldering, rework, and touch-up on surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components.
- Use microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection tools to ensure proper solder joints and alignment.
- Identify and correct soldering defects according to IPC-A-610 standards.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping for all rework activities.
- Collaborate with quality inspectors and engineers to resolve production issues.
- Ensure ESD safety and follow all company safety procedures.

Job Duties:
- Operate one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding
- Load and unload of material
- Perform inspection on material and chip or grind to customer specifications
